Accidentally ate really old Christmas sausage.?

There was a container of tomato sauce that sausage had been cooked in for Christmas dinner, mistakenly I heated it up with some other left over sauce and ate it in a stew. That was yesterday Jan. 19th. The sauce had been cooking for hours as i used it to cook vegetables and more beef. I am really freaking out here that I may get worms or something. I feel fine and its been over 24hrs since said consumption. But, am I at risk for any sort of parasite? Im sure that I cooked the sauce really well as it did boil over a few times in the few hours it was in the pot.
