PLS HELP! condom malfunction question?

Ok my boyfriend and I had last night and when he pulled out the condom stayed 1/2 way inside me. It was one that has spermicidal lubricant and it wasn't broken or anything. He wants me to get the morning after pill but I don't want to put my body through that stress nor do I want to waste the $55... What do you think? Am I in danger of pregnancy? Should I just suck it up and get the pill or do you think I'm ok? Has this happened to anyone before?
