For those who specialize in this, have you ever had a bank NOT willing to negotiate AT ALL?

Won't entertain short sale or forbearance or any other kind of negotiations... The property is worth more than owed, but in my experience the bank is not in the business of owning homes. I feel almost like their foreclosure manager wants the home for herself!
