This is a really interesting question! Finally something that challenges my brain. Ok first off you should say "when you are done playing around with guys and are ready to get serious talk to me. The truth is every time you get hurt by a guy it hurts me just as much and I don't want us to go through all this pain when we could just be happy together" basically tell her that if she really loves you that she needs to give you a chance.
