Increase odds of getting pregnant first month TTC?

Okay so my hubby will be having a vasectomy reversal the first week of april and dr says we can start TTC two weeks following the surgery!! I have a 28 day period so i will be ovulating right around that time so i am wondering what i could possibly start doing now to increase my odds of getting pregnant the first month of trying?? Anything i can do to increase possibility of a boy???
