Is he flirting, being a jerk, or what?

Well by the sounds of it, he's got something evil up his sleeve. I've had a guy do that same thing to me and when i started to like him, and do what he said, it turned into the HUGE joke between him and his friends. He embarred me. I don't really know anything about this guy but by the sounds of it, i'd say stay away from him. But that's just my opinion.
