My wife feels either pain or nothing during ...What is the solution?

Its been months since we started our ual life....but so far during my wife either feels pain or nothing at all . Initially during , I felt it difficult to enter into her, the friction was giving both of us pain...then we used lubricants and then my pain was gone and I was able to reach by doing . But my wife still feels no pleasure....its either pain or nothing...she needs to get her into . So can anyone suggest any solution.
