Where to get cheap skateboards in montreal?

I live around laval, montreal. I don't want a wal-mart skateboard lol, had one at 12, broke it, done, i'm 18 now, time for some big boy skateboard. But underworld, empire, holy **** its a rip off, i do not give a **** about brand, i just want a normal deck with a pretty basic random design, whether it's a brand or not, some wheels with color, basic VERY basic trucks, and basic bearings. Does anyone know of a shop that sells something more basic and decent all mounted or even piece out, i'd love to mount it myself cause I always like to build and setup stuff like this, but if it's already setup it's fine too, any suggestions? My budget would boast to a max of 80$
