Will "Married Filing Jointly" for taxes affect my FAFSA?

My husband and I are considering filing our taxes jointly, we each made about $4,000 in 2010. It benefits us to file jointly (because we get the educational Tuition and Fees Deduction, which I can't receive if filing separate), but I was wondering if it will affect my next FAFSA application.
