Ive recently had a baby 10 weeks ago plz help me?

ive recently had a baby 10 weeks ago and ive noticed that in my stretch marks on my belly are black hairs, but i can pull them out and it doest hurt why is this? ive never had a hairy belly and how can i get rid of them??? plz help me
